Staffing Analysis for Utah Department of Corrections (UDC)

Background
The Utah Department of Corrections (UDC) is seeking a comprehensive staffing analysis to enhance its operational efficiency and effectiveness.
The goal of this contract is to provide management advisory services that will assist UDC in evaluating its current staffing levels and needs, ensuring that the agency can fulfill its mission of managing correctional facilities and providing rehabilitation services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
- Management advisory services including project management, industrial management, construction management, and quality assurance.
- Real estate management services encompassing property management, appraisal and valuation services, and real estate financial advisory services.
- Professional engineering services including civil engineering, landscape consulting, architectural design/consulting, inspection certification services, testing/geotechnical services, hazardous materials service, and commissioning services.
- Community and social services focusing on population statistics, cultural policy consulting, employment recruitment, homelessness prevention and treatment, human services consulting, and volunteer service coordination.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on October 1, 2024, with a closing date for submissions on October 15, 2024.

Place of Performance
The performance of the contract will primarily take place within the state of Utah.
