South Hills Middle - Boiler Replacement

Scope of Work:
Jordan School District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the boiler system at South Hills Middle School, located in Riverton, Utah. In addition to the primary project, there is an alternate option to include the replacement of another boiler at Bluffdale Elementary in Bluffdale, Utah. The selected contractor will be determined based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that meets all outlined specifications and requirements.

Soliciting Organization:
This solicitation is issued by the Jordan School District (JSD) Purchasing Department.

Background:
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is conducted in accordance with the State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and the applicable Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). In the event of any conflict between the IFB and the UCA or UAR, the provisions of the UCA or UAR will prevail.

Contract Requirements:

• Contractors must meet all specifications and requirements detailed in the bid documents.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• JSD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if it is in the best interest of the District.

Submission Instructions:

• Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 04/16/2026.
• Intent to Bid must be submitted by 04/21/2026.
