Background
Salt Lake County is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of the Redwood Recreation Center, seeking architectural and engineering (A/E) services. The goal of this contract is to engage professional services that encompass various aspects of engineering and design to ensure the successful completion of the recreation center project.

Work Details
The contractor will provide professional engineering services, including but not limited to: civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural design, inspection certification services, testing/geotechnical services, hazardous materials service, and commissioning services.

The scope includes comprehensive planning and design efforts necessary for the construction of the new recreation center.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 28, 2025, until March 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Salt Lake County, Utah.
