Description

SLCo PAR113936-1 REISSUE South Jordan Recreation Center RTU Replacement - CONST
Background
The South Jordan Recreation Center is seeking contractors for the removal and replacement of roof-top units as part of their ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.
This project aims to ensure the facility's HVAC system operates efficiently and meets current standards.

Work Details
The contract involves the removal and replacement of two (2) existing roof-mounted rooftop units out of a total of twelve (12).
The work will include miscellaneous patching and repairs to the existing roof system as required for installing new curbs, plumbing, ducting, and electrical penetrations.
The sizes and loads of the new units must be equal to or less than those of the existing units.

Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to commence after the bid closing date on December 17, 2024, with specific timelines to be determined upon contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the South Jordan Recreation Center located at 10866 S Redwood Rd, South Jordan, UT 84095.
