Description

SLCo is seeking information from vendors able to provide Solar Panels and Service to the SLCo Clark Planetarium, which we believe to be proprietary to Gardner Energy.
Background
SLCo Clark Planetarium is seeking to continue its collaboration with Gardner Energy for the provision of solar panel services. The goal of this contract is to reinstall existing solar panels after a new roof installation and to add new solar panels, ensuring compatibility with the proprietary systems currently in place.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Reinstalling the existing solar panels after the new roof has been installed.
2. Adding 32 new QCells 395 W Solar Modules and SolarEdge Power Optimizers to the roof of the Planetarium.
3. Repositioning current panels for optimal orientation.
4. Rewiring existing panels to connect with current inverters.
5. Integrating both existing and new panels into the power grid seamlessly. The new panels must be configured to work in conjunction with the proprietary systems provided by Gardner Energy.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon selection of a vendor and is expected to align with the timeline for roof installation.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the SLCo Clark Planetarium.
