Salt Lake County Copperview Recreation Center Re-Roof

Background
Salt Lake County SLCo Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Parks and Recreation, is inviting bids for the Copperview Recreation Center Re-Roof project. The project is located at 8446 Harrison St, Midvale, UT 84047. The bonding range for the project is $225K to $275K. A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, February 8th at the Copperview Recreation Center.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 2,870 SF of existing roof including roof membrane and flashing as detailed on sheet AE901. Additionally, the existing mechanical equipment shall be removed and reinstalled as required for replacement of roofing materials.
There is also a bid alternate for the application of a fluid-applied skylight waterproofing system to the existing fiberglass-sandwich-panel skylight assemblies in lieu of replacing with new assemblies.

The contract will be performed at the Copperview Recreation Center located at 8446 Harrison St, Midvale, UT 84047.
