RFP - Microsoft 365 / Entra Consulting Services

Background
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract, with a qualified vendor that can provide expert and advanced technical support assistance for Microsoft Active Directory in hybrid mode with Azure\Entra to include authentication methods. Enterprise level assistance in the implementation and management of Office 365 services such as Entra, Exchange, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc. Knowledge of public and private certificate installations. Knowledge of DNS records for use in hybrid and Office 365 environment. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Provide technical support during scheduled evening or weekend hours. Able to work as a team or independently as determined by task requirements. Ability for occasional onsite support when needed. Needs experience with Exchange on-premise servers and configuration in Exchange hybrid mode. The selected vendor will play a key role in optimizing our Office 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide expert and advanced technical support assistance for Microsoft Active Directory in hybrid mode with Azure\Entra to include authentication methods.
Enterprise level assistance in the implementation and management of Office 365 services such as Entra, Exchange, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.
The vendor must have knowledge of public and private certificate installations as well as DNS records for use in hybrid and Office 365 environment.
They must possess good written and oral communication skills and be able to provide technical support during scheduled evening or weekend hours.
Additionally, they should be able to work as a team or independently as determined by task requirements and provide occasional onsite support when needed.
Experience with Exchange on-premise servers and configuration in Exchange hybrid mode is also required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from March 1st, 2024 to March 1st, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services are required at Snow College.
