Background
The City of St. George is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, and support a new fleet of approximately 260–270 lithium-ion powered golf carts under a multi-year lease. This initiative aims to improve golfer experience and reliability, reduce downtime through local parts and technician availability, and ensure total cost predictability over the lease term. The covered golf courses include Dixie Red Hills Golf Course, St. George Golf Club, Southgate Golf Club, and Sunbrook Golf Club.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of 260-270 two-passenger lithium-ion golf carts with OEM-integrated systems. Key requirements include:

- A maintenance facility located within Washington County or within 30 road miles of St. George with at least three full-time OEM-trained technicians.
- Provision of 20 additional carts at no charge for City tournaments/events each year during the lease.
- Retroactive battery credit for City-purchased batteries dated on or after January 1, 2026.
- No damage charges upon return of the current fleet.
- Warranty coverage for lithium-ion batteries for the entire lease term (up to 60 months).
- Monthly preventive maintenance during peak season and quarterly during off-peak season.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a term of four (4) to five (5) years, with a preference for a sixty (60) month lease.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Southern Utah, specifically covering the Dixie Red Hills Golf Course, St. George Golf Club, Southgate Golf Club, and Sunbrook Golf Club.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must maintain a full-service maintenance facility in Southern Utah with a stocked parts inventory and at least three full-time OEM-trained technicians. Proposals must include evidence of compliance with warranty requirements and service level agreements.
