Background
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified and experienced vendor/consultant to provide consulting services to assist Snow College in correcting errors and/or problems within their ERP Ellucian/Banner system. The consultant is also expected to help implement, identify, and correct specific problems within different Banner system modules for the College, including Finance, Financial Aid, Student, HR, Alumni etc.
Snow College seeks the services of a qualified consultant to provide hourly consultancy services in finding, programming, correcting errors, and in assisting the College in implementation to correct the errors if needed in their ERP system. The vendor must have strong experience in correcting and developing these elements.

The consultant is expected to provide hourly consultancy services in finding, programming, correcting errors, and assisting the College in implementation to correct the errors if needed in their ERP system. Additionally, they are required to provide training of appropriate College personnel on how to move forward so the errors do not continue or help with the implementation of new modules.
