Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is migrating to a new Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform.
This migration aims to enhance the procurement process for public entities using U3P-Jaggaer.
The initiative encourages vendors to register early to familiarize themselves with the new system.

Work Details
Vendors are required to register on the new U3P platform, which is a simple and free process that takes only a few minutes.
The registration can be initiated by clicking on the 'Register' button on the top right of the screen.
To assist with registration, a 5-minute instructional video is recommended.
For any questions or assistance, vendors can consult the online knowledge base, explore FAQs, or contact the Bonfire Support Team.

Period of Performance
The registration process is open from September 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM MDT until September 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM MDT.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed online through the U3P platform.
