Printing and Mailing Services - WSU Wildcat Alumni Magazine 2025

Background
Weber State University (WSU) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) under the State of Utah Procurement Code, WSU’s Policies and Procedures, and the Utah State Board of Regents Rule R571.
The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for printing and mailing services for the WSU Wildcat Alumni Magazine 2025. - Fall 2025 Edition: Quantity of 68,000 copies, also consisting of 44 pages (40-page inside plus a 4-page cover), printed on FSC certified paper, PCF.
- Bidders must complete and submit a cost sheet found in the Buyer Attachments section.
- Postage costs are to be processed separately by WSU using their USPS Non-Profit Permit based on NCOA results.

Period of Performance
The purchase order resulting from this IFB will be for a one-time purchase with an option for additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase.
