Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess an E100 license and have completed three projects of similar size and scope involving culinary HDPE water line work within the last four years. They are also required to provide performance bonds underwritten by a U.S. Treasury-approved surety company. Bidders must demonstrate the ability to perform at least 30% of the work without subcontracting.
