Background
American Leadership Academy (ALA) is a K-12 tuition-free public charter school located in Spanish Fork, Utah. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals for an Education Service Provider (ESP) to assist ALA in delivering its educational program effectively while complying with state and federal regulations.
Work Details
The selected ESP will be expected to provide comprehensive educational support services including but not limited to:
1. Management of educational programs consistent with ALA's vision and goals.
2. Expertise in navigating state and federal legislation regarding charter schools.
3. Services that relieve school staff from internal duties, including but not limited to:
- Facility needs assessments and planning.
- Human resources support including recruitment and employee evaluations.
- IT and technology implementation support.
- Financial management including budget preparation and financial audits.
- Administrative support for compliance with board meetings and documentation requirements.
- Special education program support to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
4. Development and implementation of marketing plans for enrollment growth.
Period of Performance
The contract duration will not exceed five years, beginning upon the signing of the contract. Services are expected to commence immediately after the contractual agreement is finalized.

Services will be performed at American Leadership Academy located in Spanish Fork, Utah.
