Background
The Canyons School District (CSD) is seeking competitive bids from qualified suppliers for security door hardware. The goal of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to award a contract to a supplier that meets the specified requirements, ensuring compliance with CSD building standards. 5. Indicator Exit Device - Quantity: 50, Manufacturer #: VON99L-F-2SI-626-36-LHR 06
6. Exit Device - Quantity: 34, Manufacturer #: VON99NL-F-626-36
7. I/C Cylinder - Quantity: 151, Manufacturer #: SCH23-030FG626
8. Door Wraps - Quantity: 95, Manufacturer #: DON4-S-2-CW
9. Cylinders K/K - Quantity: 118, Manufacturer #: SCH40-100FG626.

CSD will not accept alternate parts and reserves the right to reject bids that do not meet specified standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the date of award by the Board of Education and will continue for one (1) year.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the products is Canyons School District facilities located at Sandy, UT.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge that they have read and agree to CSD's standard terms and conditions. Bids must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave, and only one bid per supplier is allowed; alternate bids are prohibited.

Suppliers must also provide delivery lead times and may be required to use tax-exempt forms when purchasing materials.
