Background
Millcreek is seeking a qualified firm to assist in establishing a Transportation User Fee (TUF) and determining an appropriate rate. This initiative is part of Millcreek's efforts to enhance public administration and finance, particularly in relation to government auditing services and public institutions.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis to establish a Transportation User Fee (TUF). This includes evaluating existing transportation funding mechanisms, assessing the impact of potential user fees on various stakeholders, and providing recommendations for an appropriate fee structure.

The firm may also be required to engage in public outreach and gather feedback from the community regarding the proposed TUF.
