Millcreek Common General Landscaping and Groundskeeping

Background
Millcreek is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping and groundskeeping services in proximity to the Millcreek Common. The goal of this contract is to maintain the aesthetic and health of the trees and plants in the area, ensuring a well-kept environment for the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for weeding, pruning, fertilizing, trimming, providing plant illness diagnostics, tree care, plant care, mulching, soil testing, adding soil amendments, and cleanup.

The scope of work explicitly excludes mowing, edging, hardscape installation, snow removal, interior plant care, and sprinkler system installation or repair. However, contractors may submit a separate proposal for seasonal mowing and edging. Any replacements of plants or trees or additional plantings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the specified services as outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the area surrounding Millcreek Common.
