Medical Services for the Davis County Correctional Facility

Background
Davis County Government, on behalf of its Health Services Division within the Davis County Correctional Facility, is soliciting proposals from Qualified Medical Providers to provide medical services to inmates at the Facility. The goal of the contract is to award a single Provider, but it may be awarded to multiple Providers depending on returned proposals.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) is designed to provide interested Providers with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data.
Providers are encouraged to expand upon specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.

Work Details
The contract involves providing medical services to inmates at the Davis County Correctional Facility. The services may include healthcare facilities and administration such as health care centers, hospitals, clinics, medical laboratories, pharmacies, nursing homes, and hospice care. The Provider is expected to meet the minimum requirements and may expand upon specifications to demonstrate service capability under any agreement.
