Managed Service Provider - IT Consulting

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the issuing and conducting procurement unit for this Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract for Managed Service Provider - IT Consulting. The goal is to select a vendor that can provide comprehensive IT consulting services to support the state's mission and operational needs.

It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest Total Evaluation Points as justified by the procurement code.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide managed IT consulting services, which may include but are not limited to: strategic IT planning, system integration, project management, technical support, and infrastructure management.

The vendor must guarantee its percentage of bill rate for the entire duration of the contract, which spans ten (10) years. An administrative fee of 0.50% will apply to all purchases made under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a period of ten (10) years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the State of Utah, with potential delivery locations as specified by individual state agencies or departments utilizing the contract.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must certify that they have read and agree to all provisions in this document. They must also comply with Utah Code Annotated (UCA) 63G-6a and Administrative Code R33.

Vendors are required to submit product samples if requested and must ensure compliance with various certifications including those related to economic boycotts and forced labor products. Additionally, vendors must complete background checks for employees accessing secure state facilities or sensitive data.
