Background
The Logan City School District is seeking quotes for food service disposable goods to support their food service operations.
The goal of this contract is to procure necessary disposable items that meet the district's specifications and requirements for the upcoming school year.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a variety of disposable goods as detailed in 'Schedule A'.
The specific items required include:
- 2 oz portion cups (2500 per case)
- 2 oz portion cup lids (2500 per case)
- 4 oz portion cups (2500 per case)
- 4 oz portion cup lids (2500 per case)
- 5.5 oz portion cups (2500 per case)
- 5.5 oz portion cup lids (2500 per case)
- 9 oz PET cold cups (1000 per case)
- 9 oz portion flat cup lids (1000 per case)
- cutlery kits for kids (500 cases)
- parchment pan liners (1000 cases)
- nitrile powder-free gloves in various sizes (10/100, totaling 1000 per case for each size)
- low-density trash can liners (100 cases)
- insulated foil sandwich wrap sheets (1000 cases)
- foam trays with five compartments (500 per case)
- clamshell containers made of polypropylene (150 per case).
Delivery will be required weekly as needed to the district's central warehouse, and all bid prices must include shipping and service charges.

Period of Performance
The term of the agreement is for 12 months, with an option for renewal for an additional 48 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement after twelve months with a thirty-day written notice.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Logan City School District's Central Warehouse located at 101 W Center, Logan UT 84321.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must fill out a pricing spreadsheet ('Schedule A') that meets or exceeds bid specifications.
All items, including those with zero estimated usage, must still be bid upon as they may be purchased on an as-needed basis.
