Lift Station Upgrade & Spare Pumps Design

Background
The City of Vineyard is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to engage in a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the design of a new Lift Station 2 Upgrade & Spare Pumps building.

The mission of this project is to enhance the city's infrastructure by upgrading existing facilities and ensuring reliable wastewater management. The project site is located at approximately 4200 West Vineyard Rd, Vineyard, Utah, 84059.

Work Details
The contract involves the design services for the Lift Station 2 Upgrade & Spare Pumps building. This includes professional engineering services such as civil engineering, landscape consulting, architectural design, inspection certification services, testing/geotechnical services, hazardous materials service, and commissioning services.

The selected firm will be responsible for creating detailed plans and specifications necessary for the construction of the lift station upgrade.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the design phase, with specific timelines to be outlined in the final agreement.
