Background
The State of Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining is seeking qualified professional engineering services for the Abandoned Mine Reclamation Program. The goal of this contract is to evaluate an abandoned mine project area, assess associated public safety and environmental hazards, and develop reclamation designs to mitigate those hazards.

Work Details
The VENDOR will conduct a comprehensive evaluation that includes:

6) Construction Oversight - Providing onsite engineering support during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
