Jenson Farm Park - Phase 3 - Construction Services RFP

Draper City is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to perform construction services for Jenson Farm Park Phase 3. The work will take place at 11893 South Ridge Oak Lane, Draper, Utah. The purpose of this contract is to advance the development of Jenson Farm Park by completing the third phase of construction, in accordance with Draper City's specifications and requirements for the site. Contractors interested in this opportunity must be properly licensed and demonstrate the capability to deliver the required construction services as outlined for Phase 3 of the park project. The contract requirements include adherence to all Draper City standards and any additional specifications provided in the solicitation documents. To participate, contractors must submit their intent to bid by 08/28/2025. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 08/27/2025. The opportunity is identified as CIP-26-04. Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the solicitation documents and submitted by the specified deadlines.
