IFB - Pickleball Courts East Riverfront Park - SOJO

Background
The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 6 pickleball courts at East Riverfront Park at approximately 10900 S Riverfront Parkway. The work generally includes, but is not limited to the Construction of Six (6) Pickleball Courts, Demolition, Including Underground Utilities in Project Area; Clearing, Grubbing, and Removal of Debris; Site Preparation; Material Sampling and Testing; Earthwork; Furnishing and Installation of Post- Tensioned Concrete Courts; Furnishing and Installation of Concrete Flatwork; Furnishing and Installation of Netting, Chain Link Fencing, and Related Appurtenances; Court Surfacing and Striping; Furnishing and Installation of Electric Conduits; Furnishing and Installation of Benches; Furnishing and Installation of Miscellaneous Irrigation Items; Quality Control. Contractor is expected to coordinate with the representative of MUSCO lighting. South Jordan City will supply the Court Lighting Fixtures. Prices are all-inclusive for complete and functional structures. Contractor shall comply with all current building codes.

Work Details
The work generally includes the construction of six pickleball courts at the South Jordan East Riverfront Park located at approximately 10900 S Riverfront Parkway, South Jordan, Utah. The work involves various tasks such as demolition, site preparation, material sampling and testing, earthwork, installation of concrete courts and flatwork, netting and fencing installation, court surfacing and striping, installation of electric conduits, benches, miscellaneous irrigation items, quality control measures. The project must be completed within 90 days from the anticipated date of Notice to Proceed which is to be determined. The contractor is required to comply with all local, city, state, and federal standards, codes, and specifications.

Period of Performance
The project must be completed by October 15th 2024.
