IFB - Early Childhood Furniture and Developmental Equipment.

Background
Weber State University is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) under the State of Utah Procurement Code, WSU’s Policies and Procedures, and the Utah State Board of Regents Rule R571.
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Early Childhood Furniture and Developmental Equipment to support the university's mission in providing quality education and resources for early childhood development.

Work Details
The contract will involve a one-time purchase of various early childhood furniture and developmental equipment. The items include, but are not limited to:
1. Teacher's Low Chair (3 units) - Seat height 12", 10-year warranty.
2. Rectangular Classroom Table Adjustable Low (2 units) - Low height 13-17", dimensions 30" x 48", 10-year warranty.
3. Half Circle Classroom Table Adjustable Low (1 unit) - Low height 13-17", dimensions 64", 10-year warranty.
4. Toddler Book Display (1 unit) - Height: 20", Depth: 11", Length: 25", hardwood maple, 10-year warranty.
5. BackSafe Evacuation Crib (2 units) - 10-year warranty.
6. Changing Table with 6" Pan (1 unit) - 10-year warranty.
7. Translucent Back Inside Sweep Shelf (3 units) - Height: 16", Depth: 14½", Length: 29", all with a 10-year warranty.
8. Child's Sofa (4 units) - Blue color, dimensions Height: 23", Depth: 22", Width: 44", with a 10-year warranty.
9. Various other items including chairs, tables, shelves, and educational toys with specifications provided in the detailed product line items section.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed as a one-time purchase with delivery requested by June 9, 2025.
Weber State University reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to an additional 120 days after the initial purchase.

The products will be delivered to Weber State University located at Purchasing Department,
3850 Dixon Parkway, Dept 1013, Ogden, UT 84408-1013.
