4. Messaging and Language: Development of taglines in both English and Spanish; guidance for culturally appropriate bilingual use.
5. Brand Rollout and Implementation: Internal/external rollout strategy; transition plan from existing brand assets; templates for District staff.
The project may be executed in phases, with Phase 1 focusing on naming and core brand identity, while Phase 2 will cover brand rollout.
Period of Performance
