The State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (Trust Lands) is an independent state agency established in 1994 to manage land parcels designated for generating revenue for public schools and other beneficiaries. Work Details
The selected vendor will provide hosting and management of Geographic Information System (GIS) services in the cloud, specifically involving the deployment and ongoing maintenance of ArcGIS Enterprise across multiple servers. Key responsibilities include:
- Install, configure, deploy, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise and Notebook Server in a public cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Migrate existing ArcGIS Enterprise content from the current GCP-based environment to the new cloud environment.
- Provide support, monitoring, lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure and ArcGIS Enterprise System including upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- Provide virtualized workspaces for GIS team members to edit using ArcGIS Pro.
- Ensure integration with SITLA's Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on capabilities.
- Maintain compliance with GovRAMP/StateRAMP policies for system security.
- Conduct regular backups with documented recovery procedures.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period as outlined in the solicitation documents.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed in a public cloud environment with all State Data required to remain within the United States at all times.
