Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the following tasks:
1. **Rain Gutter Replacement**:
- Remove and dispose of existing rain gutters and downspouts.
- Install new seamless aluminum gutters or equivalent material with proper sizing and pitch for drainage.
- Install gutter guards on all gutters.
- Install new downspouts, elbows, and splash blocks or extensions as needed.
- Ensure proper sealing and flashing at roof junctions.
- Clean up and remove all debris.
2. **Flooring Replacement**:
- Remove existing flooring materials on the main level (including underlayment where applicable).

3. **Interior Painting**:
- Prepare all interior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim) by cleaning, patching, sanding, and priming as required.
- Apply two coats of high-quality Sherwin-Williams interior paint (color to be agreed upon at pre-bid meeting). Paint all accessible surfaces on both main and basement levels excluding ceilings with acoustic tiles.
4. **Front Sidewalk Replacement**:
