Enterprise Drones and Enterprise Drone Services

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to enter into a contract to provide Enterprise Drones and Enterprise Drone Services, including a comprehensive range of enterprise Unmanned Vehicle Solutions (UVS), encompassing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Unmanned Aquatic Vehicles (UAV), or Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), along with related services, and accessories for eligible users in the entire State of Utah. The RFP is solutions-based, seeking equipment, products, and/or services that meet the requirements and are commonly desired or required by law or industry standards.
The State anticipates multiple contract awards based on technical and cost evaluation criteria.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Enterprise Drones and Enterprise Drone Services, including a comprehensive range of enterprise Unmanned Vehicle Solutions (UVS), encompassing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Unmanned Aquatic Vehicles (UAV), or Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), along with related services, and accessories for eligible users in the entire State of Utah. The eligible users include higher educational institutions, school districts, municipalities, state agencies, etc.
Offerors are expected to propose a wide array of equipment, products, and/or services at lower prices and with better value than what they would ordinarily offer to the public or to a single government entity.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract will be for FIVE (5) years.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of the contract is the entire State of Utah.
