- Eagle Mountain Blvd (1,538,921 SF)
- Arrival (103,776 SF)
- City Hall (25,205 SF)
- Northmoor/Southmoor (324,622 SF)
- Meadow Ranch (276,319 SF)
- Silver Lake (883,277 SF)
- Valley View (705,889 SF)
- Sage Valley (233,886 SF)
- Autumn Ridge (225,413 SF)
- Eagle Point (153,784 SF)
- Harmony (102,650 SF)
- Gateway Park (80,891 SF)
- Parkside (204,132 SF)
- Lone Tree/Sunset Ridge (517,354 SF)
- Evans Ranch (78,547 SF)
- Sundance (91,068 SF)
- Crittenden Corner (90,837 SF)
- Rockwell Village (69,173 SF);
3) Traffic Control for all operations. All cracks must be cleared of debris and sealed flush with the roadway surface. The work must comply with specified standards and be completed by June 30, 2026.
Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to commence within ten days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and must be completed by June 30, 2026.
Place of Performance
The project will take place in various locations throughout Eagle Mountain City including arterial roads like Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Blvd as well as several residential subdivisions.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a Bid Bond for 5% of the total project cost with their proposal. Upon contract award, a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Bond must be posted by the approved contractor. Additionally, all contractors are required to have appropriate insurance coverage as outlined in the solicitation documents.
