DNR/DWR Central Region Janitorial Services

Background
The State of Utah is seeking contractors to provide janitorial services for the Central Region. This initiative is part of the Division of Natural Resources (DNR) and Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) efforts to maintain clean and safe facilities.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all designated areas are properly cleaned and maintained to support the agency's mission.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services, which include but are not limited to:

- Building cleaning services
- Window cleaning
- Interior plant landscaping services
- Air duct cleaning
- Floor waxing
- Carpet cleaning

Specific tasks may involve routine cleaning schedules, deep cleaning sessions, and maintenance of cleanliness standards in all assigned areas.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 17, 2025, and will conclude on February 5, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the Central Region of Utah as specified in the solicitation documents.
