Background
The State of Utah's Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide design services for the replacement of aging culinary and secondary water main lines at Weber State University.

The project will be executed in a multi-phase, multi-year approach, with design typically occurring one year prior to construction for each phase. The total construction budget for this initiative is estimated at $2,400,000.
