DFCM Construction - Standard Low Bid - Southern Utah University- SUU West Campus New Turf Softball Field- Project #23408730

The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking bids for the construction of a new all-turf softball field at Southern Utah University's West Campus. The scope of work includes building the new turf field north of the existing soccer fields, installation of medium voltage power brought over from the football stadium, construction of a CMU-enclosed dugout for the home team, and a PA announcer booth connected to the home team dugout. Additional elements of the project consist of a tie-back netting pole system for the backstop netting, a continuous fence around the perimeter of the field, an open dugout for the visiting team, a bullpen, batting cages, a concrete pad for relocated bleacher seating, and the relocation of an existing scoreboard. The estimated construction cost for the project is $1,230,000.00. DFCM is the requesting agency for this contract. Bidders are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted by August 5, 2025.
