The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is responsible for overseeing construction projects within the state. This contract aims to upgrade the kitchen facilities in the Zions Building located at the Utah State Fairpark, enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

Work Details
The project involves the following tasks:
- Demolition of the existing kitchen in the Zions Building.
- Installation of new kitchen cabinets, countertops, shelving, and appliances.
- Salvage, cleaning, and reconnection to existing under-slab ducting.
- Repainting of walls, doors, and trims around doors and windows.
- Installation of window shades and associated power.

The estimated construction cost for this project is $203,892.00.

Period of Performance
The bidding documents will be available starting December 17, 2024. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 6, 2025. The contract work is expected to commence following the bid award.
