Background
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is issuing a request for bids for the construction project aimed at upgrading the lighting in the Fairpark Administration Building located at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the lighting infrastructure within the building to improve functionality and efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Demolish and install all light fixtures on Level 1.
2. Upgrade lighting controls on Level 1.
3. Replace ceiling grid tiles on Level 1 while keeping the grid in place.
4. Demolish and install partial light fixtures on Level 2 without upgrading lighting controls.
5. Replace 7 existing parking lot pole light fixtures and their controls, while retaining the existing poles.
The contractor must provide an accurate schedule to minimize disruption during construction.
