Background
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is issuing this Invitation for Bid for the Administration AHU Upgrades project. This contract aims to upgrade the air handling unit (AHU) in the Administration Building for the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Work Details
The project involves removing the existing supply fan in the Administration Building's air handler and replacing it with a fan array. The contractor is responsible for providing new Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and control panels.

Additionally, modifications will be made to the existing air handler, including the installation of lights and access doors. A full test and balance of the system will also be required. The base bid must adhere to the plans and specifications provided.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to align with project milestones as outlined in the bidding documents. The construction cost estimate is $171,000.00.
