DFCM Construction - NEW Utah Public Procurement Platform - REGISTER NOW

Background
The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is transitioning to a new Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform called Bonfire, effective February 1, 2025. This change aims to streamline the procurement process for contractors and improve overall efficiency in managing solicitations.

DFCM encourages all contractors to register on the new platform to continue receiving solicitation notifications.

Work Details
Contractors are required to register a new account in the U3P Bonfire platform. The registration process is free and straightforward, taking only a few minutes. It is critical for vendors to complete their registration before February 1, 2025, as those who do not will no longer receive notifications for DFCM solicitations.

All solicitations posted before January 31, 2025, will remain in the current U3P platform, and each solicitation will close in the platform where it was posted.

The registration for the new platform is open now and must be completed by February 1, 2025.
