Design-Build of Vineyard City UTAH Skate Park

Background
Vineyard City is seeking to construct a public concrete skate park located just south of the Vineyard City Hall building at 125 S. Main St., Vineyard, UT. The goal of this contract is to engage qualified skateboard park design firms to provide design-and-build proposals that adhere to current safety standards and design principles for skate parks.

Work Details
The project involves the design and construction of a non-supervised public concrete skate park within an area of approximately 50,000 square feet. The design must accommodate various skill levels and ensure proper flow and traffic patterns within the park.

The services required include professional engineering services such as civil engineering, landscape consulting, architectural and engineering design/consulting, as well as inspection certification services, testing/geotechnical services, and hazardous materials service.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be performed from January 10, 2025, until January 17, 2025.

Place of Performance
The skate park will be constructed in Vineyard City, Utah.
