Construction: Auditorium Lighting System Upgrade at Cottonwood High

Work Requested:
Granite School District is seeking bids from qualified General Electrical Contractors (E200) to perform the following work at Cottonwood High School:

• Replace the Auditorium House Lighting in accordance with the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued and conducted by Granite School District (GSD).

Background:
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to upgrade the auditorium lighting system at Cottonwood High School. The project is expected to result in a single contract award to the lowest cost, responsive, and responsible vendor.

Contract Requirements:

• Bidders must be responsive and responsible General Electrical Contractors with an E200 classification.
• All work must comply with the specifications and drawings provided in the Project Manual.
• A pre-bid meeting is required for all interested bidders. Details regarding the meeting can be found in the Project Manual document.
• The anticipated expenditure for this project will require approval from the GSD Board. The award recommendation will be presented at the May 5, 2026 board meeting. Final contract award will be issued following board approval.
