Commercial Lease Space | MAIN LIBRARY

The Weber County Library Board of Trustees is seeking proposals from private or not-for-profit vendors to operate a Coffee Shop/Cafe within the Main Library, located at 2464 Jefferson Ave., Ogden, UT 84401. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and running a cafe in the designated space inside the library. Full project details are available in the RFP documents under the DOCUMENTS tab. This solicitation is issued by the Weber County Library Board of Trustees. The purpose of this contract is to provide library patrons and staff with a quality coffee shop/cafe experience within the Main Library facility. Vendors must meet all requirements as outlined in the RFP documents. In addition, all vendors intending to submit a proposal are required to send a representative to an informative pre-bid meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the Main Library address listed above. This meeting includes a site tour and an opportunity to ask questions. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by September 5, 2025.
