Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive Utility Billing software solution that includes:

- Integration capabilities with external cash receipting systems, ERP systems (SAP Business ByDesign), meter reading software (Neptune 360), and GIS applications (ESRI).
- An online customer service portal allowing users to view consumption data, billing history, make payments, set up autopay, and manage service requests.
- Support for at least 30,000 unique customer accounts and the ability to track various account activities.
- Comprehensive billing management features including automated notifications for delinquent accounts and customizable billing formats.
- Financial management capabilities that prepare transaction batches for posting to SAP Business ByDesign and manage cash receipts efficiently.
- Delinquency management tools that automate late penalties and service order generation based on account status.
- Reporting tools for operational insights and compliance tracking.
