Description

The Utah Army National Guard is in need of Lodging Management Services at Camp Williams
Background
The Utah Army National Guard is seeking Lodging Management Services at Camp Williams.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract that provides the best value to the conducting procurement unit, which is the Utah National Guard.
This RFP is issued under the Utah Procurement Code and aims to ensure that interested Offerors have sufficient information to submit their proposals.

Work Details
The contract will include the following services:
1. Housekeeping Supervisor services according to specifications in Attachment B - Scope of Work.
2. Housekeeping services according to specifications in Attachment B - Scope of Work.
3. Laundry attendant services according to specifications in Attachment B - Scope of Work.
4. Front Desk Staff services according to specifications in Attachment B - Scope of Work.
Each service requires the Offeror to list their hourly rate for the respective positions.

Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a duration of five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Camp Williams, Utah.
