BB26-22 - Financial Data Extraction

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, through the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a contract for financial data extraction services.

The target population includes Vulnerable Adults who are current or potential victims of misuse, mishandling, or exploitation of property, possessions, or assets. The goal is to provide effective solutions that support the mission of protecting these individuals.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing financial data extraction software and related services that meet the specifications outlined in the RFP.

This includes ensuring that the software can accurately extract and process financial data relevant to Vulnerable Adults. The contractor must also provide technical support and maintenance for the software, ensuring it remains functional and up-to-date throughout the contract period. Additionally, vendors may be required to submit product samples to demonstrate compliance with specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a duration of five years, with an initial pricing guarantee from the vendor for one year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Utah, specifically as directed by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must certify compliance with various requirements including not engaging in economic boycotts against Israel, maintaining appropriate insurance coverage (general liability and automobile liability), and adhering to federal regulations regarding employment verification systems.

Vendors must also ensure that all subcontractors comply with these requirements.
