Asphalt Paving and Repair Services

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Asphalt Paving and Repair Services. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide asphalt paving and repair services. The resulting contract may be amended to incorporate new technology or technology upgrades associated with the procurement item being solicited.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing asphalt paving and repair services, including highway paving, road paving, infrastructure building services, parking lot and surfacing services, heavy construction machinery and equipment for paving and earth moving, roads and landscape materials such as asphalts, road and railroad construction materials, soil stabilizers, artificial turf, construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand, as well as construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction, digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation.

Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a period of FIVE (5) years.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for the performance of the contract will be throughout the State of Utah.
