AS26-12 Keg Spings Lop and Scatter

The contract work requested involves providing lop and scatter services as detailed in Attachment B. These services are to be performed within the performance window of September 9, 2025, through November 21, 2025, and vendors must guarantee their pricing through the completion of the project. The contractor must also remain aware of current fire restriction statuses during the performance period due to possible fire restrictions that may affect the work. This solicitation is being issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. The background of this contract is to establish a single award contract for lop and scatter services, with the award going to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Only prequalified contractors listed on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list are eligible to participate in this solicitation.
