Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, in collaboration with the Sevier School District, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for E-Rate Category 2 services. The goal is to procure necessary items that align with the educational and technological needs of the Sevier School District, ensuring compliance with federal E-Rate program requirements.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing various products and services related to E-Rate Category 2, specifically including:

1. FortiGate 900G Firewall Premium Support (Quantity: 1)
2. FortiAP U431F Premium Support (Quantity: 143)
3. FortiAP 431G Premium Support (Quantity: 147)
4. FortiAP U422EV Premium Support (Quantity: 8)
5. FortiAP 441K Premium Support (Quantity: 112)
6. FortiSwitch FS648F FPOE Premium Support (Quantity: 36)
7. FortiSwitch FS624F FPOE Premium Support (Quantity: 7)
8. FortiSwitch 448E (Quantity: 10)
9. FortiSwitch 648F-FPOE (Quantity: 4)
10. FortiSwitch 624F-FPOE (Quantity: 7)
11. SFP+ Transceiver Modules - Short Range (Quantity: 7), Long Range (Quantity: 2), Copper RJ45 (Quantity: 7)
12. APC Smart-UPS Battery Backup Models SMT3000RM2UNC (Quantity: 4) and SMT2200RM2UNC (Quantity: 9).

All products must be new and compatible with existing Sevier School District equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue through the duration specified in the RFP, with an estimated closing date for bids on March 20, 2026.

Place of Performance
All products are to be delivered to Sevier School District located at 1636 N SR 118, Richfield, UT 84701.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered E-Rate Service Providers with a current form 473 on file with USAC and provide a valid USAC SPIN number as part of their bid submission. Additionally, bidders must certify that they are not engaged in any economic boycotts as defined by Utah law and comply with all applicable USAC certifications throughout the life of the contract.
