Description

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS REROOFING SERVICES DUE: Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2 pm Mountain Standard Time TITLE: Reroof for the City Senior Center PROJECTMANAGER: Tyrel Stark Sealed proposals
Background
The City of North Ogden is seeking proposals for reroofing services for the North Ogden Senior Center. The project manager for this solicitation is Tyrel Stark. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the City Recorder’s Office by Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 2 pm Mountain Standard Time.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 148 squares of shingles, removal and disposal of existing shingles and underlayment, installation of new wide-face metal drip edge, and high profile 8” rapid ridge.
The contractor is required to verify the quantity of shingles to be replaced.
Additionally, two types of architectural shingles are specified with their corresponding prices.
Prior to submitting a proposal, contractors are expected to thoroughly familiarize themselves with all existing conditions and visit the site to ascertain any conditions that might affect the work.

Period of Performance
Proposals must be submitted no later than 2 pm on March 21, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the North Ogden Senior Center located at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
