1700 E Improvements and Fort Union Bike Path

Background
The City of Cottonwood Heights is seeking bids for the construction of the 1700 East Improvements and Fort Union Bike Path. The work includes roadway and bike path improvement projects, which consist of various items of work such as mobilization, traffic control, maintenance of traffic, reconstruction of structures, earthwork, construction/reconstruction of curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, ADA access ramps, storm drain structures and piping, utility coordination/relocation, asphalt removal and replacement, placing of tack coat and pavement reinforcement fabric, traffic paint striping, messages, and all appurtenant work.

Work Details
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the project. Schedule A involves roadway improvement project while Schedule B and Schedule C involve bike path improvement project. The contract documents may be examined at the City Offices in Cottonwood Heights. Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER until 2:00 p.m. on April 4, 2024.

The work will be performed in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
