1300 West Culinary Water Project

Background
The 1300 West Culinary Water Project involves the construction of a new 12-inch PVC water pipe and connecting the existing water system in multiple locations. The work includes new water line, service line removals and replacements, fire hydrant removals and replacements, groundwater control, and surface restoration of existing improvements damaged by construction. The approximate amount of work required is the construction of approximately 5,226 feet of a new 12-inch PVC waterline, 560 feet of 8-inch PVC water line tie-ins to subdivisions, fire hydrants, valves, testing, and commissioning, and all appurtenant work. The project is located along 1300 West from approximately 7000 South to 7800 South in West Jordan, UT.

Work Details
The Work comprises the construction of a new 12-inch PVC water pipe and connecting the existing water system in multiple locations. This work will include new water line, service line removals and replacements, fire hydrant removals and replacements, groundwater control, and surface restoration of existing improvements damaged by construction including but not limited to asphalt, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, clearing and grubbing, and fencing removal and replacement.

The approximate amount of work required is the construction of approximately 5,226 feet of a new 12-inch PVC waterline, 560 feet of 8-inch PVC water line tie ins to subdivisions, fire hydrants, valves, testing, and commissioning, and all appurtenant work.
