Background
Texas A&M University is seeking bids for the provision of a YellowScan LiDAR and UAV Integration System. The goal of this contract is to enhance the university's capabilities in land surveying and aerial data collection through advanced technology. Work Details
The contractor will provide the following products and services:

1. YellowScan Mapper+ Integrated System (1 unit) - Land surveying instrument.
2. Single Camera Module 26MP for YellowScan Systems (1 unit) - Photographic equipment.
3. Astro Antenna Mount (1 unit) - Mounting hardware.
4. Skyport to Smart Dovetail Mechanical Adapter (1 unit) - Mounting hardware.
5. Applanix POSPac UAV Perpetual with 1-year maintenance (1 unit) - License management software.
6. EDU CloudStation Pro Perpetual License (1 unit) - License management software.
7. Onsite training (1 session) - Training for system operation and maintenance.
8. New product installation (1 service) - Installation of the provided systems and equipment.
9. Shipping costs (1 charge) - Delivery of all items to Texas A&M University.
10. Tariffs and additional charges as applicable.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue until all products are delivered, installed, and accepted. The expected completion date will align with the delivery schedule outlined in the bid response.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed on the Texas A&M campus in College Station, TX.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register as a vendor within the AggieBid system to respond electronically to this solicitation. They are required to provide a minimum one-year warranty on all parts and accessories, submit descriptive literature and detailed specifications of products offered, and comply with shipping terms which state that all costs related to delivery are the responsibility of the vendor.
