Background
Bexar County Information Technology (BCIT) is seeking information from qualified Workday service providers regarding their capabilities to deliver Workday On-Demand Support Services and Workday Managed Services. BCIT maintains and supports enterprise applications across the County, including Workday and its integrated systems.
As part of ongoing modernization, BCIT is evaluating options for supplemental Workday support to ensure timely resolution of production issues, expertise across functional and technical Workday areas, support during peak cycles (payroll, open enrollment, year-end), continuous improvement and backlog reduction, and knowledge transfer for improved operational maturity.
Work Details
The services requested include:
1. On-Demand Support Services (retainer or hourly-based) which may cover functional areas such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Finance (potential future need), Reporting & Analytics; and technical support including Integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio), Security administration, Business process configuration, Tenant configuration & change management, Release management & feature adoption, Testing support (regression, UAT).
2. Fully or Partially Managed Workday Services that encompass functional support, technical support, security measures, integrations, reporting capabilities along with a governance framework that includes meetings, KPIs, quarterly reviews and roadmap support. The service models should also detail issue management processes including response & resolution times and escalation protocols.
Period of Performance
